From Bioterrorism To Zika, Readiness Lags For U.S. Health Emergencies

The U.S. scores 6.7 out of 10 on health emergency preparedness with wide differences in states ability to respond to and recover from large-scale emergencies, according to a health emergency preparedness index from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
