Avoiding And Preventing Winter Holiday Weight Gain
From now until the end of the year is the Holiday Season for many countries and cultures, with many gifts to be given. But one gift that most do not want are the extra pounds (?and I don't mean British currency). Studies show that people tend to gain on average one to five pounds of body weight (depending on what study you read) during the Winter Holiday season. Moreover, this gift may keep on giving (or taking) as shedding this weight gain can be challenging. So why does this happen and what are best ways to avoid your stockings from getting stuffed?
