Pedro Martinez Doubles Down: Tanaka Still 'Not The Tanaka I Saw'



The popularity of Tommy John surgery has grown so much so that last year alone, MLB pitchers had more procedures done -- than throughout all of the 1990s. I was joined on HuffPost Live by retired pitching great Pedro Martinez, who was just recently inducted into the Hall of Fame. Martinez says that New York Yankees pitcher Masahiro Tanaka -- who opted to pass on Tommy John surgery -- is "not" the same pitcher he was before tearing his ligament.
